One-Time Purchases
Warm Gatherings currently sells products through one-time purchases.
Customers pay for their selected products at checkout. Purchases do not automatically enroll customers in subscriptions or recurring billing arrangements.
Subscriptions and Recurring Charges
Warm Gatherings does not currently offer automatic product subscriptions, recurring delivery plans, or recurring product charges.
Purchasing the Electric Buffet Warming Tray does not create any obligation to make future purchases.
Order Cancellation Requests
Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting contact@warmgatherings.com as soon as possible.
We will attempt to cancel orders before shipment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
If an order has shipped, customers may request a return under our Return & Refund Policy.
If Warm Gatherings is unable to ship an order within the promised or legally required timeframe, the customer will have the cancellation and refund rights provided by applicable law.
Future Purchase Options
If Warm Gatherings introduces subscriptions, preorders, or other special purchase options in the future, the applicable payment and cancellation conditions will be disclosed before the customer commits to those options.
